I still smile from ear to ear when I’m around people who are rethinking what’s possible in education.

Whether it’s building something new, growing an idea, or figuring out what’s next, I love helping educators step outside the box and turn their ideas into something real.

If you know my story, you know it hasn’t been linear. It’s been a mix of teaching, building, experimenting, and figuring things out as I go.

My wild ride, so far:

• I taught 5th grade for 13 years while also running two family businesses on the side.
• I’ve helped educators build six-figure businesses inside my program, Teacher Hustle University.
• I built an EdTech company, an experience that taught me a lot about startup life, both the wins and the hard lessons.
• I’ve supported education founders through marketing strategy and growth work.
• And now, I work full-time in marketing for an education company, helping connect ideas, products, and opportunities to the people who need them most.

Along the way, I’ve spent a lot of time with educators who are in that in-between space... wondering if they want to stay in the classroom, try something new, or build something of their own.

I don’t believe there’s one “right” path. Some educators stay in the classroom and grow in new ways. Others pivot. Others build on the side.

What I care about is helping educators see their options clearly, understand their value, and feel confident making whatever decision is right for them.
