I get ridiculously excited around people who have an idea and can't stop thinking, “Wait...could I actually do something with this?”

For the last decade, I've helped thousands of creators turn what they know into offers, products, programs, and businesses. I've spent more than 18 years specializing in instructional methodology, learning how to make those ideas not just sell, but actually work.

And if you know my story, you know I've tested a whole lot of this myself.

My wild ride, so far:

• I taught 5th grade for 13 years while helping run two family businesses on the side.
• I built Teacher Hustle University and helped thousands turn their expertise into businesses, including creators who went on to build six-figure businesses.
• I founded an EdTech company and spent years studying how adults learn, engage, and take action online.
• I've worked with education founders and creators on everything from offer development and positioning to marketing, sales, and growth.
• And today, I work full-time in marketing for an education company while continuing to build, experiment, and share what I'm learning right here.

Turns out, there's a pretty clear thread through all of it.

 Helping people take something they know and turn it into something useful, valuable, and worth paying for.
